LONDON, March 7. Wheat is a halfpenny higher; tallow, a halfpenny lower. LONDON, March 10. The Zulus attacked Colonel Pearson at Ekau, but were repulsed wibh enormous loss. The hostile atbibude of the native tribes in the Transvaal causes greab anxiety. Proposals embodying terms of peace have been senb by the Viceroy of India to Yakoob Khan. The Chancellor of bhe Exchequer, in the House of Commons, said the Indian Government was on the eve of an acbive exchange of communications with Yakoob Khan. (SPECIAL TO ' STAR.') The Turks sent a force against the Greek raiders in Thessally, and dispersed them after many deeds of blood. Ross defeated Euirnetb for the Championship of the Thames. The fleet returns to Bessika Bay from the Sea of Marmora, the Turks having re-occupied Adrianople.
