Tub annual meeting of the above was held iu the Schoolroom on Monday last, at _ p.m. There was a small attendance. Mr Camp wa* voted to the chair. Tho report aud balance sheob for the past year was read by the Secretary, and adopted on the motion of Mr H'eaney. The following gentlemen wine eloctcd as a committee for the ensuing year : Col. Lyon, Kav. W. Evans, Messrs. H. Kirkwood, Haney, Camp, Caruaclian, Mc Veanfh, Pearson and Honsou. After ihe ballot had been taken the following wero declared olficte i : Col. Lyoi), Rev. W. Evans, Messrs. Hoaney, Kirkwood,SCainp, Caraachan aud ITenson, At a subsequent meeting of the Committee Col.
