THE POLLING. Yesterday, a poll of the burgesses was taken to sanction or refuse the raising of a special Ij.ui Lv the bridge on the security of a special rate, tolls, rents, and profits. 91 votes were polled, aud of these ouly 3 wet'e given against, the proposal.
