EMPEROR WILLIAM RESUMES GOVERNMENT.
BERLIN, Dec. 3, The Emperor was enthusiastically received on his return to the capital to resume the Government. LONDON, Dec. 7. Money is less m demand, and prices are firm.
The stock market is depressed by the rumor of impending Bank troubles. Consols, 94 ex div.
The atteridunc c was good at the wool sales. A lower range of prices was established, but biddings were made with Jess hesitation. Withdrawals to date, 15,000 bales.
