The article headed, " The Insatiate Sophia Jane," which touches upon the question I of breach of marriage cases, partakes more of the nature of an essay, and is, therefore, less suited-to the columns of a newspaper than it would be to those of a magazine or review. We have so on abstract questions, however interesting, that it is with reluctance we are compelled to decline the publication of articles of this nature.
