SHOCKING MILITARY INACTIVITY. The natives have sezed six thousand uhassepot cartridges. As the Mail was leaving, intelligence was received that nine more European settlers had been brutally massacred m the outlying districts. Only settlers are being killed, and no soldiers. There ai\j loud complaints as to the shocking military inactivity.
