Sir,— ln your report of the Cambridge Cattle Show, you make an error which is calculated to mislead the public, and therefore I mu.<t beg 1 you to correct it. Tou state that my ewes in the Lincoln class, which took second prize, were imported sheep,,and that I was "commended for ewe hoggetts." I have to j inform you that there was only one ewe in my pen that was imported, and that I had no ewe hoggetts at the Show at all. —I am, &c, Robert Febgusson.
