GRAHAMSTOWN. Lust night. The Aroha case was resumed afc the Lands Court yesterday, when judgment w«ts given in favour of Marutinaha, for 54,000 acres. A subsection of this tribe named Ngatiratira, who opposed the Government, received 75,000 acres. The Omaha laud which was awarded to Marutinaha, may be said to be the property of the Government.
