BERLIN, June 25. .Congress has agtced to the principle upon which the settlement of the Bulgarian question shall be effected. It is also fixed that all Russian troop shall evacuate Bulgaria and Roumeha in nine months. (special to p_ess agency.) LONDON, June 24. A State funeral was accorded t° Ihe King of Hanover at St. George's Chapel Windsor. The deliberations of Congress continue, The general principles of the Bulgarian question are settled. Dr Stantoa was consecrated at St. Paul's ,as Bishop of North Queensland. The Australians played against ; eighteen Birmingham men. In the first innings the Australians' score amounted to 104, f the top score being made by A. Bannermau, 31. The Birmingham score stands one out for one run.
