Meantime ihe Borough Council is losingrent andi.the.inhabitants an opporI tunity of leasing ;h}ncL either for building purposes or m lot's* of a few acres for homesteads. If the reserves of the Borough . were , let ,by: •public t auction or tender,, a sum "winch w^uld 'gp yeiy far :towards making some much needed, but at present, neglected improvements would be provided.
