THE LATE MEETIN.

A facetious correspondenthas forwarded us the following for publication :— : Sing the glorious " tangi," lately held at Hilcurangi, How rations of good brandy were consumed on the sly, How the Government and suite were entertained by the elite, And charming dusky ladies were m favor high !
