THE LOSS OF H.M.S. EURYDICE. FIRES IN LONDON AND PHILADELPHIA. [SPECIAL To MELBOURNE " ARGUS.''] LONDON, March 20. An increase of difficulties besets the proposed Congress. Telegrams from various European capitals express the fear that the present situation will issue io war. Russia is indisposed to make further concessions to England. The Grand Duke Nicholas was accompanied by a large staff on his staff on his visit to the Sultan. The Duke says that the Russian Ambassador was cheered iu Pera, especially by the Greeks. The training ship Eurydice, returning from a cruise to the West Indies, capsized in a squall off Durmore Isle ; only two are known to have been saved.
