THE GRAND DUKE NICHOLAS AND THE SULTAN.
THE RUSSIAN TROOPS. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 27. The Grand Duke Nicholas and the Sultan have exchanged visits. Iu consequence of friendly representation by Russia, the Turkish trocps have evacuated Bujuckdere. The embarkation homewardbound of Russian troops has been countermanded. LONDON, Marcb 22. Consols, 95|. The' prices of wheat, and flour, and genera^ securities are all unchanged. Since the opening of the wool sales 155,000 bales have been offered. Bidding continues firm, also for greasy qualities rejected.
