Tliere were present Messrs A. C »r, M.H.R. (Chairman), T. K. Viulou, I F. R. Claude, J. D. Hill, a Laishley, Thos. Jo ly, R. Gwynne, J. B. Whyte, B. Harris, JNT. R. Cox, Jas. Martin, J. X, McDonald, W. McGregor Hay. R. p. Sandes, J. Knox, P. La Quesne, Captain Steele and Dr Bdale. The following telegram from the Public Works dep .rtraenr, received by the Secretary, Mr T. G.
