Mr T. Jolly will celebrate the opening of the railway to Hamilton after a fashion of his own, by open ing simultaneously with it the future city, at present township, of Frankton. The ground is level and m grass, and immediately adjoining the railway station, tbe road to Hamilton, whatevt r after deviation there may be, running direct through it. Mr Kennedy Hill will offer a number of quarter acre, acre, and five and ten acre allotments after the arrival of the first train on the opening day.
