RUSSIAN ATROCITIES IN TURKEY.
TURKISH INACTIVITY. Bombay, July 2 The Turkish. Government} complains of Russian atrocities committed at Ardahan. The Turks complain of the wanton demolition of houses at Rustchuk during the bombardment. The loss sustained by the Russians in crossing the Danube was 100 men, the opposition offered by the Turks being weak.
