Prom the report of the Waipa County Council Meeting, it will be seen that though the motion proposed by Cr Germann, and seconded by Cr FitzPatriok, not Cr Hay, as previously stated, that the clauses referred to m the third schedule of the Act be not brought into operation was carried, the . minority, nothing daunted, have called for a special meeting m May to re-con-sider the decision arrived at on Monday.
