Councillor Wilson m the chair/ The only business was a resolution of Mr Hay's, which was agreed to, that the decision, whether the entire Act should be brought into opera, tion be deferred for another six weeks, m order that aa opportunity might be afforded of seeing the effect of bringing; the act into operation m the case of other counties.
