Hack Race. — Once round tbe course entrance, ss ; prize, £5 ; post entry. Tbe winner of any advertised race of £10 value or upwards exoluded. Second horse cave entrance. 5. Delta Stakes. — For nntrained horses, ridden by owners ; once round the course ; entrance, ss. Saddle and Bridle, presented by L B Harriss. Post entries. Heats. 6. Considerable dissatisfaction having Been expressed by owners of Ponies at the actnn of the Committee in striking out this race, if funds will allow there will be a post entry for a Pony Race. Only subscribers of not less tbsn 5 per ->ent. of Stakes can enter horses for races 1, 2, and 3 Entrance fee and subscription to be forwarded, with nomination, to the Secretary, before 7 p.m. Tuesday, December 19, at the Delta Hotel, Ngaruawahia. Hurdle Race (Handicap), 400 yards ; over 8 hurdles 3ft 6m high ; entrance, 2s 6d ; first prize, £2; seoond, 15s. 7. Sunning High Jump ; first prise, £1; seoond, 10s ; 3 jumps each. 8. Flat Race (Handicap), half-mile ; entrance, 2s 6d j first prize, £2 j second, 15s.

Entries for the Handicap Foot Races, 3, 6, 8, with subscription to the fund of 2* 6d, must be made to the Secretary, at the Delta Hotel, Ngaruawahia, before 7 p.m. Tuesday, 19 f h December. Handicaps declared Thursday, December 21. Entries for all general sports, Is, except Handicaps. Three starters for each event, or no prise will be given. Tbe decision of tbe Stewards shall in all cases be final. No entries reoeived except on this condition.
