London, November 29. Lord Salisbnry haa bad an interview with Bismark. The latter assured him that tha intentions of Germany were pacific, and that the Empire would remain neutral in the present crisis. The Czar, on receiving representatives from the Groat Power*, s»id he still hoped for pbace, but bu honor is pledged to obtain the autonomy of the Turkish provinces. Lord Salisbury also had an interview with Count Andrassy at Vienna. Lord Salisbury declared that England waa not opposed to Russia on principle, but the attitude of England depended upon whether the demands from Russia were to be presented in suoh forms as to give sufficient guarantee «f rights to the Uhrmtim eubjacts of the Turkish provinoes,|wnhou6 destroying the sovereignty of the Porte.
