Capt Lismk died in hu chair, tnd so peaceably mutt he have passed away, that when found he wai at firit thought to bo onlj sleepiug. The deceased gentleman wai * member of the Masonic body, and had always expressed a wish that he should be buried with Masonio honor*. Agreeably to this with we sco that the mainbero of the craft are invited to attend the funeral in full ro^v ha, and will meet for that purpose at the Lodge-room, Royal Hotel, Hamilton East, at noou oa Saturday.
