It is a very short time since I announced the completion of the first span jf the bridge, die second -or middle span is no v so far advanced as to be selfsupporting, also the earthwork is rapidly approaching the Delta Hotel. Had it not been for the heavy rains last week, I might have now to add that to my list of completions. — -'Own Correspondent.
