Mr E Waters : Sir, -I have rauoh pleasure I in informing jou, that uftor having made a very careful analysis of various samples of sweetmeats nianufactniod by you, 1 find that they are free from all adulteration, and that the co ouring matters are quite innocuous. With regard to the Chocolate, 1 find that it is quite equal to ths best English or French preparations, and being entirely free from husk, it will foim an excellent article of diet for invalids, especially those suffeiing from an impaired digestion. — 1 have ths honour to be, sir, your obedient servant, James M.
