Mr E Watsrs : Sir, -I have mudh pleasure in informing you, that nfter having made a very cari'f ul analysis cf various samples of sweetmeats manufactuied by you, 1 find that they are free from all adulteration, and that the coouring matters arc ouite innocuous. With regard to tho Chocolate, I find that it is quite equal to the best English or Frenoh preparations, and being entirely free from husk, it will form an excellent article of diet for invalids, especially those suffwing from an impaired digestion.— l have the Bouour to be, sir, yonr obedient sorvant, JA&B3 M.
