MnF Waters: Sir, — I have much pleasure ininfoimiugyou, that after having made a very caieful analysis of various samples of sweetmeats manufactuicdby you, 1 find that they are free from all adulteration, and that the co'ouring niattcia are quite innocuous. With regard to the Chocolate, I find that it is quite equal to the best English or French preparations, and lomg entirely fi cc from husk, it will form an excellent nrticle of diet for invalids, especially those auflering from an impaired digestion. — 1 havo the honour to be, Bir, your obedient servant, Jamks M.
