RAGLAN.— MR COX'S ADDRESS. December Bth.
In accordance with his advertisement, Mr Cox addressed the electors of Raglan. There was a large attendance. Mr Powell in the chair. Mr Cox was repeatedly applauded during his admirable speech, and at the conclusion a vote of confideno in him was unanimously passed.! This is significant, ac E*glan has hitherto been supposed to be McMinn'a stronghold.
