Sis, — In answer to the letter in your last issuo signed " Progress," I beg to inform you that a company has been floated iv Hatniltou by the Good Templars for the erection of a Hall, Heading-room, and Library. Various circumstances have combined to delay tne erection hitherto, but the public may rest assured that a Hall suitable to all the requirements of the district will be shortly built on a f lot of land granted by the Government. — I am, <fcc\, T.
