Auckland, Wednesday evening. Richard Barrett, injured in the Short-land-street row, died in the hospital. An inquest will be held to-morrow. The novel charge afc the Police Court against three settlers for wrongfully taking part in a ratepayers meeting at the Wade was dismissed. Joseph Radrick, seaman, for assaulting the second mate of
