Sheep . The sheep-pens were well filled, the bidding was brisk, and a marked advance on last week's quotati «as was obtained ; "2s 8d per 8 lbs for shorn sheep, and 3a per 8 ibs for those in wool having been freely given. Best wethers in wool sold from •'Is to 258 3d ; shorn wethers from 16s to 22s each. There were a good many lambs, which sold freely at from 8s 6d to 19s each.
