Archibald Makrell and 0. M-tkrell (husband and wife) were charged bj Mr llougutoii, Storekeeper, With feloniously taking and carrying away 10 gold ringa aaJ a quantity of ribbun, ot the value of £-10. Mr Madden appeared for the prisoners. Mri Makrell was discharged, tbe husbiad remanded on biil until Thursday next, for ike purpose of procuring more evidence. Ihii waa all the bueiueis.
