We do not quite approve of the tone which Mr Hewitt adopts in his letter, but that is entirely a matter of fcaste. We shall be always willing to do» the fullest justice, and to correct errors in any statement of facts which may appear in the Times, but no threats wiH influence our judgment, nor shall we withdraw any statements which we believe ta betrue — Ei>.
