The revolt Cholera is ra^jing^ IncHa." PBople have been attacked with the- scourge in railway trains, and died before they got out. There is a great panic. Spinaway wou the Oakes Stakes. Captain Boynton has again ci-ossed the Channel. Mr Vogel has been created a K.C.M.G. Germany has stated that afcirmed by French armaments, she may be forced to precipitate war, but British intervention has averted danger.
