MacDouald Scott moved a vote of contidence ii Mr Rowe, which was seconded by Mr J. Mackay Mr W. J. Speight moved a vote of contidence in M . Davies, which was seconded by Mr Reiishaw. Tin drat show of hands was in favor of Mr Davies, but Mr Rowe declared that the people did not uiirierstan I the praposition, and another show was taken, which was to be declared to be in favor of Mr Row. The polling takes place to-morrow.
