CAMBRIDGE.
The annual meeting of the members of the Church of England took place on Saturday, 9tli inst. The Eev F. C. Lloyd in the chair. There were present Messrs Parr, Hewitt, Clare, Reynolds, Seccombe, Ferguson, Richardson, Hunt, Ewen, and BrunsLiH. The meeting was opened with prayer. The minutes of the previous meeting having been read and confirmed, the balnme-sheet was brought forward, which showed a credit balance of £2 3a lOd ; receipts for th« year being £57 15s 4d, expenditure £55 11s 6<i. It was 6ub mitted to the meeting und adopted. A church committee of the following gpntlemen was then appointed for the year current :—l.: — 1. Mr Ftuker, nominated by the Rev F. 0- Lloyd ; 2. Mr J. Fercuson, proposed by Mr Ewen seconded by Mr Parr ; 3. Mr Richardson, proposed by Mr Brunskill seconded by Mr Hewitt. Votes of thanks having been passed to the out-going church committee, to the ladies who had presided at the harmonium during the year, and to the chairman, the meeting was brought to a close.
