The following are the acceptances for The Auckland Cup (Handicap) of 200 so vs., with a sweep of 10 soys. each added; second horse to receive 25 soys. from the stakes. Distance, 2 miles. The balance of thu sweepstakes, 5 soys., to be paid by 1 p.m. on the day of the race. The winner of any handicap race of the value of 200 soys. after the declaration of the weights to carry 71b extra; of any race of the value of 100 soys., 31b extra ; of two or more such races, 71b (extreme penalty).
Nominations for the Jlandicjap Steeplechase, of 100 soys., with a sweep of o soys. each ; amount accruing from the sweep to go to second horse. Entrance, 3 soys. ; and acceptance, 2 soys. to the funds. Weights to appear on Tuesday, the Bth December, and acceptances on night of general entry.
