BERLIN.
July 12. An attempt was made to assassinate Prince Bismarck while travelling in an open carnage in the neighbourhood of Kissingen. He was fired at and slightly injured in the wrist, The would-be assassin was immediately arrested. He was found to be a Young man xinknown. July 13. The Figaro has been suspended for a fortnight for attacking the Assembly.
