|L July 10. The Commons has commenced the discussion on the Archbishop of Canterbury's Bill for the tuppression of ritualistic^praclices in the Church of England. Gladstone opposed the Bill, as being a dangerous measure, and thought that judges should be appointed to institute an enquiry.
July 11. The Australian May Mails via, Brindisi were delivered to-day. " The wheat market is depressed. Adelaide fetches 62s to 64s per 2801bs.
