Teas, in consequence of the news arrived from Foo Chow, stating that the market is higher and the qualities of teas inferior, are rising in piice. A telegram from Batavia reports that sugar is aiilvancing rapidly. A telegram states that Hennessy has commenced selling- brandy at 20 francs per hectolitre.
