MEETING AT TE AWAMUTU. (From our special correspondent. )
Alexandra, Wednesday. A meeting of settlers was held at Te Awamutu. The principal resolutions were to the effect that they hoped that the Government would spare no energy, and be prompt in securing the murderers and accessories. The present state of affairs is retarding tae progress of the district and weakening confidence in the Government. The meeting censured Bally Southern Cross blttet ly.
