Lord Lovat of Beaufort Castle is taking his pipers to Quebec to take part in the tercentenary celebrations. He has been invited as head of the Clan Fraser and descendant of Simon Fraser, the bommandant of the Fraser Highlanders, who were the first of Wolfe’s troops to reach the Heights of Quebec.
