HOLIDAY Excursion Tickets to Hastings, available for return until sth April, 1906, will be obtainable from Woodville, Te Hauke, and intermediate stations on 4th April. These tickets will be issued only by trains leaving Woodville al 0.0 a m., and Waipukurau at 7.5 a.m. and 9.55 a.m.. and will be available for break of journey only at Show Grounds Platform. HOLIDAY Excursion Tickets, available for return until 15th May, 1906, will be obtainable from any station to any station on the Wellington-Napier-New Plymouth Section (except where ordinary fares are less) from 10th to 16th April, 1906. These tickets are available for break of journey at any station at which the train is timed to stop over 25 miles from issuing station. By Order.

CROWN LANDS SALE. TAMAKI VILLAGE SETTLEMENT. NOTICE is hereby given that 784 a. 3r. 39p., being ten rural sections comprising the TAMAKI VILLAGE SETTLEMENT EXTENSION, near Dannevirke, will be open for selection on the Lease in Perpetuity system,under ‘‘The Land Act, 1892,” at this office up to 4 p.m. on WEDNESDAY, the 25th APRIL, 1906, and at the Ruahine Hall, Dannevirke, from MONDAY, the 23rd APRIL, at 10 o’clock a.m., up to WEDNESDAY, the 25th April, at 4 o’clock p.m. An applicant may apply for any number of sections not exceeding in area 640 acres, but no lessee shall hold more than one allotment. No married woman shall be eligible as a selector. The area of the sections vary from 70 to 100 acres, and the rentals from 10s. 5-3 d. to 11s. 4d. per acre. If more than one application be received for the same section on the same day, then the order of selection shall be oecided by ballot on the following day at 2 p.m. at the Ruahine Hall, Dannevirke. Plans, application forms, and full particulars may be obtained at this office ; the Post Office, Dannevirke; and the print ipal Land Offices throughout the colony. - ERIC C.
