Tho bulk of tho soctions dealing with miscellaneous amendments of tho ' licensing law wero satisfactory, and a number were beneOoiat; and had tho Bill been confined to these very little controversy would havo arisen. The elimination of the reduction issue i was a reu'ogrado stop, and an in T tecfersnco with tho rights oi electors, ' Mr Adams is very indignant at tho altered • effect of tbo no-license vote as compassed ' by tho Bill, Tho efftot of section 11 ( would, ho thought, practically nullify ] the vote lor no«license. In conclusion j he said: "Tho question will nevor be j sottled until tho electors thomsolves i eottle it for the Promicr."
