HOUSE OP REPRESENTATIVES YESTERDAY The flonso met at 2.30. i THE FREEHOLD VEBSUS LEASE-' HOLD "The no-confidenco debato on the land question was carried on by Mossrs. Hogg and Hanan (who supportod leasehold) and Mander and Allison (who favourod tho frcohold). The House resumed at 7.80. The debate od the the land question was contiaued throughout tho evening, tho speakers being Messrs Smith, Bedford, Kirkbride, Fowlds and Ell, The debate was adjonmod. The House rose at 12.40.
