INTERRUPTION OF CABLE SERVICE. (Per United Press Association.! NELSON, November 9. A severe electrical storm was experienced this morning, accompanied by heavy rain, vivid lightning, and sharp thunderclaps. Communication with Cable Bay was interrupted for several hours.
