At the Police Court this morning a number of firm's -and, private people supplying the. Hospital - and 'Charitable Aid Board with groceries, etc., for,, various homes were : charged with failing to duly stamp receipt forms for £'2 and upwards. In one case—that of the was shown to the Magistrate’s satisfaction that the stamp had come off. The; other cases wore caused by cither inadvertence or defendants ■ being deceived by the Board’s special voucher forms, which defendants apparently thought needed'no stamp. Dr..
