Ireni Te Awe applied at the Supreme irt for an originating summons rering the District Land Registrar to icel the registration of the entry of an ier-imwuncil prohibiting the private mationof two acres of the Mangataia Block, near Pahiatua, on the ground t the Order-in-Council was uot within tutory authority, inasmuch as the preus Order-in-Council had expired and registration was injuring Ereni. The Ler-in-Council being held to be invalid, application was granted.
