SUNDAY SCHOOL UNION.
Mr Newton Jones, of London, visits uanganui this week end, under the auspices of the Wanganui S.S. Union. Mr. Jones is touring the Dominion in the interests of Sunday School work among young people. A great rally of teachers and all interested in the work is called for Saturday evening next, at 7.30, in trinity Wesleyan Schoolroom, when a public welcome will l )e given. Mr Jones has laboured for twenty-one years ain one the young, and has influenced many for good during that, period. A writer in a southern paper (Timaru Post), in urging parents to hear. Mr Jones says “Avail yourselves of the golden opportunity of hearing a man who has at heart the special need of children.” He speaks on Sunday morning at 11 o’clock in Gonvillo town Hall, alt a Young People's Rally on Sunday afternoon at 3 o'clock in St. Paul s Church, and in the evening at 8.30 m the same building. Everyone should hoar Mr Jones’ message.
