MOTOR CAR ACCIDENT.

FOUR OCCUPANTS INJURED.' (Per United Press Association.) PALMERSTON N„ October 31 A motor-car, driven by Mr McGreg'n' (Wanganui), and containing Me;us Lathgate (solicitor, of Masterton), J. (chauffeur), capsized over an embankment on the road between Bunnythorpe and Ashhurst this evening. The car was travelling from Wanganui to Grey town. McGregor’s leg was broken above the ankle, Hammond was severely bruised and rendered unconscious for a time, and Bathgate was badly stunned. Irvine escaped with a few bruises. McGregor and Hammond were taken into Fcilding in Dr Willis's car, and Bathgate got up and went away after the accident, and has not sines been scon. It is supposed he tcok shelter for the night at a neighbouring .farmhouse. , .
