Guthrie and another.— Complaint that defendants at Waite's Pahikis, did on the 18th and 19th instant unlawfully interfere with the registered water race of complainants at Waite's Pahikis by refusing to allow complainants to use water therefrom. Messrs Haselden and Fisher for plaintiffs, Mr Newton for defendant. Judgment for complainants, defendants ordered to cease from interference, and pay costs £2 lis. applications. John Guthrie and others for registration of tunnel at Fahey's Creek, Waite's Pahikis, 5379 feet, running South West. Granted. Archibald Stewart for registration of tunnel for a dam at Prospector's Creek, Caledonian Terrace, COO feet, East and West. Granted. Same for registration of tunnel at Prospector's Creek. Granted. G. Lamplough for registration of head race from dam in Gully at Waite's Pahiki's, West of Robinson's lease. Objected to by John Mulligan and Daniel M'Namara on grounds that it would take in part of their registered head race. Postponed for alteration of line of race. John Potter and six others for alteration in course of head race in second creek North of Rochfort Terrace 1000 yards East and West. Granted. John Guthrie and three others for head race from dam in gully at head of Gallagher's lead, Waite's Pahikis, one and a half miles, South by South East. Granted without water right. James Teasdale registration of area 80 by 60 feet for dam at German Terrace. Granted. Same for dam on German Terrace 20 by 100 feet. Granted. John Guthrie for dam in gully half a mile West of Addison's road above Middle lead, Waite's Pahiki's, for storing water. Granted. Same, for area 100 feet by 100 feet for special washing site at Fahey's Creeks, Addison Flat. Granted. Archibald Stewart for washing site, 100 feet by 12 feet at Prospector's Creek. Granted.
