Judgment for plain till' in amount claimed, and costs lis. Patterson v. Winnoy.—Claim for £2 10s. Balance of account for boots and repairs. Judgment for plaintiff ia amount claimed, and costs i)s. Thiol v. Hofer.—A. written application made by defendant to have evidence taken at the Lyeli was granted. Simon v. Struthers.—Claim for £2 ss. Mr Fisher for plaintiff. Disputed account as to terms of barter for certain glass and window sashes. Judgment for plaintiff for 80s, and costs 2-ls. Carr v. Adrian.—Claim for £2 15s. burial expenses of child in 1870. The wife of defendant appeared and denied the claim in 1010. The plaintiff produced no evidence to corroborate his own. Nonsuit recorded.
