Disputed account as to terms of barter for certain glass and window sashes. Judgment for plaintiff for 80s, and costs 2-ls. Carr v. Adrian.—Claim for £2 15s. burial expenses of child in 1870. The wife of defendant appeared and denied the claim in 1010. The plaintiff produced no evidence to corroborate his own. Nonsuit recorded.
